Thomas Seghezzi

mem1Thomas Seghezzi has gathered over 25 years of professional experience in private business, NGOs and Government, both abroad and in Switzerland. After graduating in business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), he started his career in Marketing- and Human Resources posts in industry and services companies in Switzerland.

He then engaged during six years in humanitarian work for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), doing missions as coordinator and delegate in Africa, Former Yugoslavia and Northern Caucasus. Between 2000 and 2004, he held the function of Senior Manager Human Resources with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).

In 2005, he joined the South African Embassy in Switzerland, heading its Trade and Investment promotion unit during more than 3 ½ years, promoting business between South Africa and the Southern African region and Switzerland.

He joined rainbow unlimited gmbh in November 2008 as Managing Partner. Since 2010 Thomas is also a Managing Director of the Swiss-African Business Circle. He is a Co-Founder of the AFRICA CEO FORUM and from 2012-2019 rainbow unlimited was the Co-Organizer of the event.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row el_position=”first”][vc_column][vc_column_text el_position=”first last”]

Emmanuel Ajayi

em1Emmanuel Ajayi joined rainbow unlimited gmbh as Non-Executive Partner in March 2012.

He is the MD & CEO of The Biostadt Company, Nigeria, a regional group with business activities in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector. The Biostadt Company was in 2013 awarded the 2nd place in the Nigeria Fast Growth 50 ranking (fastest growing private non-listed companies in Nigeria) by the AllWorld Network and The Tony Elumelu Foundation. CG Biostadt Limited took over Syngenta Nigeria Limited in July 2009. Prior to July 2009, Emmanuel Ajayi has been the MD of Syngenta Nigeria since January 2005.

Emmanuel holds a degree in Agronomy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA (Marketing) from Kensington Business School, USA and another MBA in Technology Management. Jeremie Bahun-Wilson

Jeremie Bahun-Wilson joined rainbow unlimited gmbh as a Non-Executive Partner in December 2016.

Jeremie is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cape3 Services Limited, an upstream oil and gas service company which specializes in providing integrated logistics solutions to the oil and gas exploration & production industry in Africa with activities in Ghana, Kenya and Cote d’Ivoire. Cape3 Services Limited represents American, Japanese and French companies in the oil and gas industry in Ghana.

Prior to founding Cape3 Services Limited, he has been a Consultant in many international banks and exchanges and has a wide experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT) as well as Banking.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator el_position=”first last”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row el_position=”first”][vc_column][vc_column_text el_position=”first last”]

Hans Fahrni

Hans Fahrni joined rainbow unlimited gmbh as a Non-Executive Partner in December 2016.

Hans is the CEO of FACO Construction, a leading construction company based in Libreville / Gabon, established by him in 1990. The company has become an important economic actor in the construction industry in the country as well as a point of reference in Gabon for its expertise in the field, the quality of its services and technical know-how.

Prior to establishing his own company in Gabon, Hans held several positions as head of construction site and project manager in Switzerland. Sven Lidén

Sven Lidén joined rainbow unlimited gmbh as a Non-Executive Partner in December 2016.

Sven Lidén is COO of Montana Capital Partners, a Secondary Private Equity firm based in Baar. Previously he was CEO of Adveq, a 8bn Private Equity firm based in Zürich with offices in New York, Beijing, London, Hong Kong, Jersey and Frankfurt.

Before joining Adveq in 2011, Sven worked for 10 years at Man Investments and it’s daughter company RMF. Before joining RMF in 2001, Sven was a Co-Head of Swiss Re’s Central and Eastern European activities and prior to that he co-founded (in 1992) and built up Lidén & Denz, Russia’s leading language school.

Sven holds two Master’s degrees from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, in Business Administration and in Political Science. Tal Schibler

talTal Schibler joined rainbow unlimited gmbh as Non-Executive Partner in March 2012.

He is Senior counsel with DGE Attorneys at law, an independent Swiss and international  business law firm dedicated to providing corporate and private clients with solution-driven advice and assistance in order to build long-standing relationships.

Tal, an attorney at law, was admitted to the bar in 1990. He holds a law degree from University of Geneva and a LL.M. from Columbia University, New York.

He was previously a partner with Geneva leading law firms specialising in international commercial law. His main areas of expertise include corporate law, business and contract law, international business transactions as well as litigation and arbitration.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator el_position=”first last”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
